Everyone looks to YOU, the leader; you need a sounding board as well. It’s easier to inspire others when you are clear about your own gifts, are able to model the behavior you want to see in others, and show courage and integrity in what you do AND how you be.

 

Our Leadership Coaching Process

  •  Initial session with leader and coach to get to know one another and ensure fit
  • Discovery Data, which includes:
    • Emotional Intelligence assessment
    • 360-degree feedback
  • Using Discovery Data results, leader & coach outline learning goals, desired outcomes, and measures
  • One-on-one, confidential telephonic coaching sessions, 2-3 per month, 45-minutes per session for a period of at least 6-months
  • Coach observation or “shadowing” of leader for part of a day
  • Two 3-way sessions that include coach, leader, and leader’s immediate boss (if applicable). 1st session early in the engagement to review learning goals and outcomes; 2nd session after approx. 3 months to review progress, goals, and modify as necessary.
  • An approach that is grounded in the sciences of emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and neuro-leadership blended with the art of relationship systems coaching and positive change theories.
